PARINGIN (TABIRkota) – Regent H Abdul Hadi rotated the jobs of 24 civil servants (ASN) within the Balangan Regencial Government, Thursday.
The rotating officials’ appointment, inauguration, and oath of office took place in the “Benteng Tundakan” Hall, Balangan Regent’s Office.
“The 24 ASNs consist of eight first-level officials, 16 administrators, and supervisor officials,” Regent Abdul Hadi told reporters in Paringin, the capital of Balangan Regency.
The job rotation is performed to meet organizational needs and strengthen performance in each work unit.
“The inauguration is carried out according to the recommendation from the ASN Commission. Inspectors are replaced with new ones, to fulfill requirements that haven’t been met,” he explained.
Job rotation is also performed to meet the government organizations’ needs, and in the context of organizational refreshment, so that they’re not bored as they’ve been at the previous work units for a fairly long time.
“Another goal is to evaluate and improve things that are still considered less than optimal,” he said.
Regent Abdul Hadi then hopes that officials and public servants can show more optimal performance in their new work units.
“Show your commitment by running the government organization that is professionally and free from the KKN (collusion, corruption, nepotism)”, he pointed out. (ra/ratnasari)
