Abiji, Head of Balangan Regency’s DMPTSPTTK said that the “Lantunan Salawat Takwa” is created and launched to facilitate business owners in applying for different business permits.
“The Lantunan Salawat Takwa will make things easier and more efficient. You no longer need to come to our office to apply for a business permit”, Abiji said on Tuesday (4/4).
He further explained that every process and stage, from checking documents’ completeness to registration and other procedures, can be done by using the Lantunan Salawat Takwa.
“Innovation in chanting Salawat Takwa in its services uses the Whatsapp application,” he said.
For this reason, this innovation is very easy to use by all business circles.
“All you need to do is open your WhatsApp because it is a WhatsApp-based service”, he pointed out, guaranteeing the Lantunan Salawat Takwa is user-friendly
Business owners in Balangan who want to use this service will only need to text the 24/7 WhatsApp numbers 08134910549 and 081253411389.
“The Lantunan Salawat Takwa is with you whenever you need it, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Wherever you are in Balangan, you can easily apply for your business permits”, Abiji said.
He added that according to an independent survey, the level of community’s satisfaction with public services in Balangan Regency is known to be quite high.
Innovation in the form of Lantunan Salawat Takwa is aiming to improve the quality of public services and help the community and business owners to apply for business permits efficiently and effectively.
With this innovation, the presence of the so-called “calo” (illegal broker) during the process of obtaining a business permit can be avoided, as government workers and officials can provide services directly to business owners. (ra)
