
BANJARMASIN (TABIRkota) – The Education and Culture Office of South Kalimantan will again hold the “Learning in the Museum” program, starting Tuesday (May 17, 2022).
This year’s Learning in the Museum program will be attended by 16 senior secondary schools (SMA), and will take place at the Museum of Wasaka (stands for Waja Sampai Kaputing) in Banjarmasin.
Each school will be asked to send 10 representatives, consisting of nine students and an accompanying teacher.
Head of Culture Division of the Education and Culture Office of South Kalimantan, Raudati Hildayati explained, this year’s Learning in the Museum bring the theme “Inflaming the Spirit of Kalimantan’s Independence May 17, 1949.”
“Lesson materials will be provided by tutors who are competent in the fields of culture and history. For example, learning materials about Kalimantan Revolution, and about the maintenance of collections of traditional sharp weapons,” Raudati Hildayati said on Friday, quoted from South Kalimantan Media Center.
Still in the series of Learning in the Museum, South Kalimantan Education and Culture Office will also hold an educational competition in the form of a three-dimensional wall magazine competition.
The contest material, of course, will still related to the field of culture and history.
The competition will be held on Wednesday (May 18) to Friday (May 20).(sah)
